3. Institutional Portal

Access to the Institutional Portal is granted at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to revoke qualified status if platform guidelines are breached.

4. Liability

While we strive for 100% accuracy, property details can change. Hoshna acts as a facilitator and platform; final legal contracts are between the buyer and the seller/developer.
