Create your Hoshna Partner account, upload your short-let licence (or let us help you get one), and our local team inspects the home. Approval takes 24 to 48 hours.
Sign in and go live
Sign in to the partner portal, open My Stays, and add your home. It publishes with the photos, calendar and pricing you control: Instant Book or request-to-book, your choice.
Get paid
Guests pay by card at booking. Your payout lands after check-in: the nightly rate plus cleaning fee, minus just 3%.
One login for hosting and selling.
Hosts and agents share the same Hoshna Partner account. Apply once, and after approval your portal holds both My Stays (calendar, bookings, earnings) and My Listings (properties for sale). Nothing separate to remember, one place to sign in.

What do I need to list my home on Hoshna Stays?
A short-let license under Turkey's 2024 regulation (we help you obtain one if you do not have it yet), photos of the home, and a Hoshna host account. Our local team inspects every home before it goes live.
How much does Hoshna Stays charge hosts?
Hosts keep 97% of the nightly rate: our host commission is 3%. Guests pay a separate 12% service fee on top, so your payout is not reduced by it. Full property management (cleaning, check-in, guest communication) is available as an optional service.
How and when do I get paid?
Card payments are collected at booking through our secure checkout. Your payout, the nightly rate plus cleaning fee minus 3%, is transferred after guest check-in.
I bought my property through Hoshna. Is onboarding different?
Yes, better: buyers get white-glove onboarding. We already know the property, so licensing support, photography, and listing setup are handled for you as part of the Stay-to-Own loop.
Where do I log in after signing up?
At hoshnarealty.com/agent-portal/login, the same sign-in used by Hoshna agents. Your account opens the partner portal, where My Stays holds your calendar, bookings and earnings. Bookmark it, or use the Host sign in button on this page any time.
I am already a Hoshna agent. Do I need a second account for hosting?
No. Hosts and agents use the same Hoshna Partner account. Sign in as usual and My Stays is already in your sidebar, next to My Listings. Add a stay and it goes into the same review queue.
